  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).

  • If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us

6. Delays & Issues

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Take clear photos of the damaged box/product
  • Notify us within 24 hours at support@haiderfragrances.com or WhatsApp
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order:

  • Contact us immediately within 1 hour of order placement
  • We may not be able to change the address once the order is dispatched
