Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and attars), returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The product was damaged or leaked during shipping
- The product is defective or does not function as intended
- You received an expired or nearly expired item
❗ We do not accept returns based on personal fragrance preferences or if the item has been used or opened.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) must be provided
- Clear photos or videos must be submitted in case of damage or wrong item
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@haiderfragrances.com or contact our support via WhatsApp
- Mention your Order Number, Issue Description, and attach relevant photos
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to exchange it based on stock availability. Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by us in such cases.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or opened perfumes and attars
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)
7. Damaged or Lost During Delivery
If your package was damaged or lost during shipping:
- Please inform us immediately
- Include photo/video evidence of the packaging and product
- We will investigate with the courier service and resolve it promptly
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been dispatched
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if needed
