3. How do I place an order?

Ans. Simply:

  2. Add your desired items to the cart
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method
  5. Place your order!

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Ans. We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

5. How long does delivery take?

Ans. Delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days in most cities across Pakistan
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

6. Do you charge for shipping?

13. How do I track my order?

Ans. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order on our courier partner’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us.

14. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Ans. We’re truly sorry if that happens! Please:

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Ans. Our perfumes and attars typically have a shelf life of 2–3 years when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close the cap tightly after use.

Ans. Definitely! You can easily reorder any previously purchased product by:
